enjoyment and purchase:
Varietals
- Riesling - a semi-dry delicate and clean wine,
stainless.
- Chardonnay - a dry fruity wine aged in oak barrels.
- Syrah - a full bodied dry red wine aged
over 12 months in oak, with a peppery finish.
- Merlot - a dry red wine aged in oak.
- Cabernet Sauvignon - a dry red wine with a smooth finish aged in oak barrels
and a delight to the senses.
- Grenache - an off dry ruby colored wine that has
just a touch of sweetness on the finish.
- Chambourcin - a French hybrid of dry deep purple
wine with very soft tannins.
Fruit
- Very "Beary" Red - very popular wine made from
blending our sweet blackberry wine with grape wine; it
starts sweet and has a dry finish.
- Blackberry - a semi-sweet red berry wine with a fruity aroma and a delightful finish
- Strawberry - a sweet wine made from all
strawberries.
Muscadine
- White Table - a sweet white wine made from Carlos Grape.
- Red Table - a sweet red wine with just a
hint of spice and a smooth finish made from the Ison Grape.
