Varietals

• Riesling - a semi-dry well balanced white wine.
• Pinot Grigio - a light and fruity dry white.
• Syrah - a full bodied dry red wine aged over 12 months in oak, with a peppery finish.
• Merlot - a dry red wine aged in oak.
• Cabernet Sauvignon - a dry red wine with a smooth finish aged in oak barrels and a delight to the senses.
• Grenache - an semi-dry light red wine that has a touch of sweetness on the finish.
• Syrah Sangiovese - a medium-bodied dry red wine aged over two years in oak with a peppery finish.

Fruit

• Very "Beary" Red - very popular wine made from blending our sweet Blackberry wine with dry red wine; it starts sweet and has a dry finish.
• Blackberry - a semi-sweet red berry wine with a fruity aroma and a delightful finish.
• Strawberry - a sweet wine made from all strawberries.
• Peach -a light delicate all peach wine.

Muscadine

• White Table - a sweet white wine that starts sweet and has a crisp finish.
• Red Table - a sweet red wine with just a hint of spice and a smooth finish.
